1. Credit Guide

As your mortgage broker, we provide credit assistance under the following authorizations:

Our Best Interests Duty (BID)

By law, we must act in your best interests when recommending a loan. We prioritize your financial goals and objectives above our own or those of our lenders.

Fees & Commissions

  • Brokerage Fees: In most cases, we do not charge you a fee for our service. If a fee is applicable for complex scenarios, it will be disclosed in a Credit Quote before we begin.

  • Lender Commissions: We receive commission payments from lenders. These are not paid by you. We will provide a full breakdown of these commissions in your Credit Proposal Disclosure document.

What We Collect

We collect personal, financial, and credit-related information to assess your suitability for a loan, verify your identity under AML/CTF laws, and manage your application.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your data. We only share information with parties necessary to facilitate your credit application, including:

  • Lenders: Prospective credit providers on our panel.

  • AFG: Our aggregator, for compliance and CRM software support.

  • Credit Reporting Bodies: To access your credit history (with your consent).

  • Professional Partners: Your conveyancer or accountant (only when authorized by you).

Data Security

Your information is stored in secured, encrypted environments. We retain records for a minimum of seven years as required by Australian law.
